I’m a professional Handyman trying to help others who want to get into the business. It can have a low budget for entry or it could be very expensive. Usually you will decide how much to spend on getting your handyman business started.

I’ve been in the real estate industry over 20 years. As both a Handyman and a Home Inspector. I started Blue Collar DIY around 4 or 5 years ago because I kept hearing from other people who wanted to start their own handyman business.

So what does a Handyman do? Well, for starters, a handyman is a fix it all type of person. Some call them a Jack of All Trades. While you can certainly start a handyman business with only knowing a thing or two, as the old saying goes, the more you know, the more you make!
